Please read the following carefully as it addresses the most common questions we are asked by new users.
I have not received the confirmation e-mail with my password
Your password is sent to the e-mail address you provided as soon as you complete the sign-up process. In most cases it will arrive within a few minutes. If you have not received it then it is most likely that your mailbox provider (e.g. Hotmail) has moved it to your junk folder or deleted it as spam. Please check your deleted and junk mail folders carefully.
IMPORTANT: Add
to your address book and safe senders list.
Once you have done this then we can resend your password.
I have received the confirmation e-mail but my password is not accepted
Your e-mail address and password must be entered exactly as they appear in the confirmation e-mail. For example, if you are a Hotmail user you should ensure you are not confusing hotmail.com with hotmail.co.uk, or vice versa. You should also ensure you are not confusing characters such as i, l, and 1 in your password.
It is recommended that you copy and paste your password from the confirmation e-mail to save any typing errors.
If you continue to receive an error message you should try clearing your web browsers cache and cookies.
