About Young Money
There are many musical artists in the world. While many of these artists play for well know recording labels there are some who have banded together to present their talents under one musical roof. This group who while they work under one label are masters of their particular genre are known as Young Money Entertainers. While this is the main name of this group of entertainers they are also called Young Mula. This musical entity was originally formed in 2003 under the heading of Lil Wayne. At present there are 12 artists who are performing under the musical umbrella of Young Money Entertainers.
These artists include Lil Wayne who is a rapper, rock star and R&B singer who founded the entertainment group; Drake who is also a rapper, R&B singer and actor who signed onto the group label in 2009; Gudda Gudda who is a rapper who used to belong to the Hip Hop group “Sqad Up”; and Jae Millz a rapper from Harlem who took his stage name from a mixatape circuit in 2000. He signed onto the Young Money label in 2008.
Then you have Lil Chuckee who is currently the youngest member of the group; and Lil Twist who is a teen rapper and singer. The next artist in this group is Mack Maine who is the current president of the Young Money Entertainment Group. Nicki Minaj is the female rapper in this group. The only other female artist in the entertainment group is that of Shanell aka SnL. She is a songwriter, choreographer and female R&B artist. Short Dawg is the latest artist to sign with the group. The last two members of Young Money are T-Streets and Tyga. T-Streets is rapper from New Orleans. He has been firm friends with Lil Wayne for a long time. Tyga who is the twelfth artist is a rapper who signed onto this group in 2007. Currently he has 8 mixatapes to his credit.
These then are the 12 musical talents who comprise the Young Money Entertainment. When you listen to their music you will hear the quality and depth of passion in their work.
