About Labrinth
Labrinth is the stage name of the English singing star Timothy McKenzie. He was born in London on 21 March 1989. Labrinth has vast expertise in record producing too and he started his career in the music industry as a producer working for Master Shortie. He produced Shortie’s debut album A.D.H.D. and succeeded to draw the industry’s attention. Then he started working for Guy Moot EMI.
His talent was actually recognized when he co-wrote and produced Tinie Tempah's chart buster "Pass Out". In UK Singles Chart, "Pass Out" managed to score number one at the chart and with this Labrinth touched his stardom. "Pass Out" also won the 2011 BRIT Awards. Labrinth’s collaboration with Tinie Tempah once again created the magic when their single "Frisky" became No. 2 hit in the Singles Chart of UK.
Labrinth was also signed by Simon Cowell for his solo act and his talent was further appreciated. He also gave his vocal on the track of Professor Green named "Oh My God". He has written several songs for Professor Green. He is a great song writer and has been writing for Loick Essien, Ola Svensson and Preeya Kalidas.
Labrinth has also a great reputation in remixing songs. He has remixed several popular songs which have been loved by music lovers immensely. Labrinth has also worked for Raghav, an artist from Canada. He has produced for Raghav and acted in Raghav’s music video named "So Much". Undoubtedly, Labrinth is a versatile artist and his talent can be identified in the diverse areas of the music industry from songwriting, producing to singing and acting as well.
