About Joshua Radin
Joshua Radin is a multi-talented American star. Besides earning a great reputation as a recording artist, he is also a great songwriter and actor. Born and brought up in Ohio, he joined Northwestern University to learn painting and drawing. After his college years, he worked as an art teacher and screenwriter for a brief period. Later he shifted his base to New York City where he developed a passion for music. He bought a guitar and started playing and writing music.
In 2004, American show creator Bill Lawrence heard Radin's first composition named "winter". Lawrence gave Radin a chance and used his several songs in several of his hit television series. This way Radin's songs started making their way into the TV shows. People heard his compositions in some of the famous TV shows such as American Idol. As of now Radin has contributed his music to more than 75 films and TV shows.
So, Radin’s musical career officially started in 2004, and this happened just after two years he learned to play the guitar. His debut album was "We Were Here" and the first song of this album "winter" became very popular. Radin has toured many countries in Europe and America to make his songs popular and he has a huge fan base in the United States and Europe. He has so many live performances to his credit and shared stages with some of the renowned artists such as Sheryl Crow, Maria Taylor and others. Besides gathering huge popularity among American music lovers, Radin’s 2008 release titled "Simple Times" made him a huge star in Europe too.
